Alexis Liebman-Miller, PMP, LSSGB the founder and Principal of PMP Strategy Consulting, has over 20 years of proficiency in project management with extensive experience leading multi-million dollar projects and large scale implementations within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology domain. Alexis has managed successful drug development projects spanning early stage development to commercialization, filling roles from Clinical Trial Manager, Project Manager to Senior Leadership. With a professional history working for CROs, diagnostic laboratories, SMOs, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, Alexis understands the full scope of the drug development process including all relevant stakeholders and GxP regulations.
